Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

During high-demand periods, festivals, promotional sales, or unforeseen circumstances, order processing may take additional time.

Customers will receive an order confirmation immediately after placing an order.

2. Shipping Coverage

PrintedShirts.shop currently ships across India.

We work with reliable courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 3-7 Business Days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4-8 Business Days

  • Rural & Remote Areas: 5-10 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, and other external factors.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, PrintedShirts.shop may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values.

5. Order Tracking

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment dispatch.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address information, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment requests.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

PrintedShirts.shop shall not be responsible for delivery failures, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address details provided by the customer.

Such delays are beyond our control and do not qualify for compensation.

9. Damaged Packages

  • Take photographs of the package immediately.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and relevant images.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

10. Lost Shipments

If tracking information indicates that your order has been lost during transit, please contact us.

We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the shipment and provide a suitable resolution.

11. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and products.

PrintedShirts.shop reserves the right to enable or disable COD services without prior notice.

12. International Shipping

Currently, PrintedShirts.shop ships only within India.

International shipping services are not available at this time.

13. Changes to Orders

Once an order has been shipped, modifications to the shipping address, products, or payment method may not be possible.
