2. Non-Returnable Items

4. Refund Eligibility

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Depending on the payment provider and bank, refund processing may take:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 Business Days

  • Net Banking: 5–10 Business Days

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For COD orders, approved refunds may be processed through:

  • UPI Transfer

Customers may be required to provide valid bank account or UPI details.

7. Exchange Policy

If an incorrect, damaged, or defective product is received, customers may request a replacement or exchange subject to product availability.

If a replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued.

8. Cancellation Policy
